What are the methods for processing and manufacturing copper parts? Copper is a very good metal material, with the characteristics of conductivity and thermal conductivity. It is used in fields such as electronics, electrical, construction, and machinery, and all require copper forging processing. There are many methods for processing and manufacturing copper parts.

Are there any techniques for processing copper parts? Casting, forging, stamping, and die-casting of copper parts processing:

1. Casting: A metal forming process in which a metal solution is directly injected into a casting mold to form a certain shape. The quality is slightly inferior.

2. Forging process: A processing technique for obtaining better strength of castings or other workpieces through tapping, hammering, or other pressure impacts. The product obtained in this way has stronger performance and strength than castings.

3. Stamping process: It is to place an object of a certain shape under a stamping machine, which is equipped with a mold, and use a punch to punch out the designed product in the mold.

4. Die casting: It is the process of forming a material ingot through melting and stamping. Die casting (preliminary product formation)→ Machining (product shaping)→ Polishing (surface treatment)→ Electroplating (product coloring)→ Assembly (product assembly)→ Packaging (finished product). Die casting is a type of casting. If the solution naturally flows into the mold, defects such as porosity may occur in the casting. Therefore, injecting the melt with a certain pressure can reduce the defects accordingly.

The pickling process for copper processing: chemical degreasing (5%~8% degreasing powder, temperature 60 ℃; degreasing powder can be used for copper parts, but not for aluminum alloys); Flowing water cleaning (less than two tanks/three tanks)→ First acid washing→ Secondary flowing water cleaning (less than two tanks/three tanks)→ Bright acid washing→ Three times of flowing water cleaning (less than two tanks/three tanks)→ Chromic acid passivation (using copper anti discoloration agent/silver plating protective agent for surface treatment or painting)→ Hot water cleaning (50-60 ℃)
