As a CNC Machining equipment, CNC is widely used in machining production. Pre programming and automatic tool changing, CNC has advantages over traditional processing equipment in terms of product processing accuracy, processing efficiency, and quality stability. Traditional mechanical processing, used for auxiliary purposes such as loading and unloading workpieces, measuring, tool changing, and adjusting machine tools, has exceeded 70% of the total working hours for workpiece processing.

1. Strong adaptability. Using CNC machines to produce different components is always determined by different programs. It does not require the production and replacement of too many fixtures and fixtures like regular machines. 2. High precision. The CNC machining accuracy can reach 0.005-0.01mm. CNC machine tools are controlled by digital signals. When the digital device outputs a pulse signal, the machine moves the workpiece by one pulse equivalent (approximately 0.001mm). The error between the reverse clearance and pitch of the machine tool feed transmission system can be compensated through digital devices. Therefore, CNC machining accuracy is high.

3. CNC machining quality is stable and reliable. Using the same CNC machine tool, the same tooling and program to produce a batch of parts, the cutting path of each workpiece is absolutely the same. So the production components are all the same.

4. High productivity.

5. Improve working conditions. After adjusting the CNC machine tool, enter the program to start the machine tool, and the machine tool can automatically and continuously produce workpieces. Operators only need to input programs, edit, clamp, remove workpieces, prepare fixtures, observe machining, and inspect workpieces.
