How can we solve the problem of aluminum profiles not being colored during the processing?

1. Insufficient thickness of anode hydrogenation film. The solution is to check whether the anodizing process is standardized and whether factors such as temperature, voltage, and conductivity are stable. If any abnormalities occur, please adjust the specifications accordingly. If there are no abnormalities, the oxidation time can be appropriately extended to ensure that the film thickness meets the standard.

2. The pH value of the dye solution is too high. In this case, the pH value can be adjusted to the standard value with acetic acid.

After oxidation, the workpiece is left in the water tank for too long. Advocate advanced dyeing. If this situation occurs, the workpiece can be activated and treated in an anodizing bath or nitric acid neutralization tank, and then dyed. 

4. Improper selection of dyes. Suitable dyes should be selected.

7. Poor conductivity. The anode copper rod or cathode lead plate may have poor contact, as shown by the difference in bulk conductivity. Pay attention to cleaning the anode copper rod and cathode lead plate to ensure good contact.
