2024-11-04 15:05:19

The widespread application of industrial Aluminum Alloy Profiles in the industrial field not only showcases the infinite charm of human wisdom, but also brings more convenience and beauty to our lives.

Industrial aluminum alloy profiles, with their unique charm, shine on multiple stages such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, construction, decoration, and chemical industry.

Industrial aluminum profiles are usually used by combining parts or auxiliary materials between profiles, or between profiles and accessories, or between profiles and plates. In the actual production process, the difference between profiles and accessories is usually distinguished from the following perspectives:

1. Material: Most industrial aluminum profiles are made of aluminum alloy components. There are many types of accessories, such as stainless steel, nylon, electroplated steel, chrome plated steel, PVC, nickel plated or galvanized steel, etc. Some accessories are also made of die cast aluminum material.

2. Appearance: Most of the profiles have a large volume and are the main material, while the accessories have a small volume and are some accessories used for assembling and matching profiles.

3. In practical application, profile units are usually expressed in terms of support or meter, while accessories are expressed in terms of unit or set.

Industrial aluminum profiles include assembly line profiles, guide rail profiles, U-shaped groove profiles, frame aluminum profiles, etc., which are divided into two specifications: standard and non-standard. For example, standard profiles are divided into national and European standards. Among them, assembly line profiles are commonly used in factories.

Aluminum profiles are commonly used, such as screens, aluminum windows, etc. It adopts extrusion molding technology, which means that raw materials such as aluminum ingots are melted in a furnace and extruded into molds through an extruder. It can also extrude various profiles with different cross-sections.

Aluminum profiles have a wide range of applications in furniture, including screen frames, various suspension beams, table legs, decorative strips, handles, cable trays and covers, chair tubes, and more. They can be designed and used in countless ways!
