CNC Machining

Detailed Description

Precautions before CNC Machining: Operators must be familiar with the performance and operating methods of the CNC machine tool. Only with the consent of the machine tool management personnel can the machine tool be operated. Before powering on the CNC machining machine, check whether the voltage, air pressure, and oil pressure meet the working requirements. Check if the movable parts of the machine tool are in a normal working state. Before CNC machining, it is necessary to check whether the workbench is out of position or exceeds the limit state. Check if the electrical components are secure and if there are any loose connections. Check if the grounding wire of the machine tool is reliably connected to the workshop grounding wire (especially important when starting up for the first time). The main power switch can only be turned on after completing the preparation work before starting up. The precautions during the startup process should strictly follow the startup sequence in the machine tool manual. In general, during the start-up process of CNC machining, it is necessary to first perform a return to the machine reference point operation and establish the machine tool reference system. After starting up, let the machine tool idle for more than 15 minutes to reach a balanced state. After shutting down, it is necessary to wait for more than 5 minutes before starting up again. Without special circumstances, frequent power on or off operations are not allowed.

The surface processing method of CNC machining parts first depends on the technical requirements of the machining surface. However, it should be noted that these technical requirements may not necessarily be the requirements specified on the part drawing, and may sometimes be higher than the requirements on the part drawing due to process reasons. If the machining requirements for certain CNC machining parts are increased due to non overlapping benchmarks. Or, due to being used as a precision benchmark, higher processing requirements may be placed on it. After clarifying the technical requirements for the surface of each CNC machining part, the final machining method that can ensure the requirements can be selected based on this, and the required number of steps and the machining method for each step can be determined. The selected CNC machining method should meet the requirements of part quality, good machining economy, and high production efficiency.
